Terry Bradshaw is in Nashville tonight. He's teaming up with former Pittsburg Steelers teammate Bobby Walden for a cameo in a video for the country band BADHORSE. Tonight, Walden's connection to the band and Bradshaw's connection to Middle Tennessee. The Titans are on the road this week but the party is on in the parking lot at LP Field.
"When it comes out, check out my pickin' man," says Bradshaw. "I have a feeling I'm going to be asked to be a lead guitar player in Led Zepplin's band."
Bradshaw yucking it up with the lead singer of BADHORSE. The band's frontman Robert Walden is the son of another Steelers great: punter Bobby Walden. Both Steelers will be features in the video for the band's new single "It's All Good".
"It's about tail gaiting and having fun and just good energy so just having a lot of fun with it," says BANDHORSE's Robert Walden.
Bradshaw, who's a big country fan, appeared in Toby Keith's hit video "I'm Just Talkin' about Tonight". It turns out Terry has a special connection to Middle Tennessee.
"My family's from Sparta," says Bradshaw. "My dad's family is from Sparta, Tennessee, and then moved down to Shreveport and met my mother."
Bradshaw has come a long way from Shreveport, starring on FOX's NFL Coverage every Sunday, but he never forgot his roots or his friends. Bradshaw, who attended the CMA Awards show Wednesday, has recorded 6 country and gospel albums over the years. The band he's helping now, BADHORSE, is #75 on the Billboard Chart and rising.
